Taunya is AMAZING!!!

My wife and I were planning on buying in year, when zillow sent us one of those emails of homes you wish you lived in and one was just perfect. Taunya was representing that seller and they already had 6 offers after one open house. So we didn't get the home, but we hired Taunya. She represented us as both our buying and selling agent. We started on June 26th. She helped us find way better financing with a local lender and we had an accepted offer on our dream home by July 8th. Which was scary cause we still needed to sell our home, but Taunya had already organized an open house and had our home listed on the 7th and we had signed deal for over our asking price in 8 days.

She instrumental in making everything fly along. Honestly, compared to my first purchase the whole process felt surreal. I kept waiting for the other foot to drop and some problem to come along. But it was smooth sailing and we're now unpacking in our new home in mid august.

Taunya had may e-sign options available for us meaning we were able to sign virtually every bit of paperwork from our phones up until the final signing in person. She had great people to work with (inspectors, lenders, title company). Everyone one of them worked SO well as a team, it felt as though they were all dedicated to getting me into my new home on my very short time time table.
